Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds for subscription purchases under the following conditions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal, provided you have not exceeded 25% of your allocated paid Zoom account hours for that billing cycle.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not exceeded 25% of your allocated paid Zoom account hours for that billing period. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund based on unused subscription time.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request and verify your eligibility:
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval, and you will lose access to paid features at the end of your current billing period (or immediately for monthly subscriptions).
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to all paid features until the subscription expires.
- No automatic renewal will occur, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation of subscriptions does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you meet the refund eligibility criteria outlined above.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Free tier subscriptions (no charges apply)
- Subscriptions that have exceeded 25% of allocated paid Zoom account hours during the billing cycle
- Any usage-based charges that have already been incurred
Service Disruptions
In the unfortunate event of prolonged service disruptions due to technical issues on our end, we will:
- Provide service credits or extend your subscription period to compensate for the downtime.
- Offer prorated refunds for significant outages that affect your ability to use the platform.
- We will notify all affected users via email regarding any service interruptions and our resolution plan.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Log in to your Teach World Today account.
- Navigate to the Subscription Management section.
- Submit a refund request through the cancellation interface, or contact our customer support team at support@teachworldtoday.com with your subscription details.
